Where can I spend my Mint Velvet Gift Cards?
Mint Velvet Gift Cards may only be used as full or part payment for Mint Velvet products purchased in the United Kingdom from participating Mint Velvet stores and online at www.mintvelvet.co.uk. 'Participating stores' do not include Mint Velvet concessions (e.g. within department stores).
How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. Four days before your requested delivery date you will receive another email informing you that your Mint Velvet Gift Card(s) have been despatched to your chosen recipient. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail. On some occasions we may be unable to proceed with an order, if this is the case you will be informed via e-mail. If you feel that your order has been failed unjustly, please place another order on our website using a different form of payment.
What if I've made a mistake on my order?

Do Mint Velvet Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes. This Gift Card will expire and any remaining balance will be cancelled if the Gift Card is not used to make a purchase or top up in any consecutive 24 month period.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'.
